Cost

Hour: $150

The easiest way to pay is with a card through the billing software I use called Simple Practice. You will be sent a link to complete Intake Paperwork which will include payment information. Other acceptable forms of payment include checks, cash, or cards in the office through Square.

I ask that you give me 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. There is a $75 fee for late cancellations.

Insurance

I am in network with Premera, LifeWise, and many BCBS plans. Most other insurance companies are out of network. It is always recommended that you check with your insurance provider regarding in and out of network benefits as well as any co-pays, co-insurance, or other monetary responsibilities you might have.
